Hi! My name is Oyun and I try to draw and stream.

1 HOUR SKETCH : $65

A 1 hour colored sketch 'grab bag' style with no progress shots & no corrections allowed unless character was drawn incorrectly! I'll do my best to get as far as I can in terms of coloring and background within ~1 hour, but generally this is a colored sketch.

SKEB STYLE ILLUST: $150-$200

'Grab bag' style experimental illustrations with no progress shots & no corrections allowed unless character was drawn incorrectly. At minimum, final product will be a halfbody with background. Please note highly specific or complex background requests will be refused.
Style varies, but delivery will be faster!
Natural scenes or "Any background": $150
Interior/industrial/etc. scenes: $175-$200

NATURAL SCENE ILLUST: $250

A knee up or fullbody illustration with detailed background consisting of all or primarily natural elements (foliage, forests, oceans, mountains, etc.) Any size or ratio up to 8K res

A knee up or fullbody illustration with detailed background consisting of all or primarily industrial elements (man-made buildings, cityscapes, interiors, etc.) Any size or ratio up to 8K res

TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL TOS

ORDERING
- You must be 18+ to commission me.
- Please provide clear, digital character references where colors and design aspects are clearly visible, and are not blocking major parts of the design.
- When ordering, I will double check the form submitted with you, the client, before finalizing. Once the form is finalized, further edits to the commission form / project brief are only acceptable if I have not started and if it does not impact the price of the commission (such as adding props).
- I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
- I may post commissions online, including but not limited to social media sites, as art examples, or streaming the process. If you would like your commission to be private, please let me know in advance / while ordering.
- Order status will be updated as often as possible on my Trello! Please check there for updates, or feel free to DM me any questions during the process.PAYMENT
- All payment is in United States Dollar (USD/$) through PayPal or Stripe (VGen).
- Payment is expected within 48 hours / 2 days after I accept your order. If payment is not received, the order will be cancelled.
- Please do not haggle or try to negotiate the price- If a custom quote was given and is out of your budget, you can back out and come back later if you'd like.
- Refund requests are only available if I have not started or if I pass the deadline of 1 month after order confirmation date.
- I reserve the right to refund the commission at any time during the process, including for reasons regarding health or real life complications. Any progress I have already completed will be given for free.IMAGE WIPS & MODIFICATIONS
- For non-grab bag style commissions, I will typically provide screenshots of work-in-progress (WIP) shots of the sketch, line art, color draft, and then final illustration. If you want more image WIPs at further stages, they can be provided upon request.
- Please reply to progress shots by confirming or requesting changes to the image within 24 hours, or I will assume the image is fine and continue as if it were confirmed as correct.
- I only allow MAJOR revisions to the drawing during the sketch phase. Major revisions include complete pose changes, redrawing large parts, and redoing things completely. After the sketch is approved, I will do 3 MINOR revision passes for free before more revisions concur extra charges. Please make sure to ask for all things you want to be corrected in the same revision pass.
- Corrections due to mistakes on my part are always free.
- If a mistake was made due to the character reference provided being unclear, or if the character design has changed since the order was accepted, modifications are not guaranteed. Please make sure to send all your updated, correct references when sending the commission form.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- The deadline for all commissions is 1 month after the order is confirmed as paid. If I miss this deadline, I will offer a full refund if you no longer want the piece or you can opt for a half refund and I'll finish the piece at my own pace.
- I will send the full resolution exported .jpeg or .png via VGen or through the email listed on your form. If you would like other versions (such as transparent .png without background and lighting) or if you would like the .csp or .PSD file, please let me know.
- Once the image is approved as finished and the file is delivered, I will not make further corrections afterwards and the commission is considered complete.COPYRIGHT AND IMAGE PERMISSIONS
- I reserve copyright as the artist for all artworks commissioned from me. You may not claim the artwork I do for you as your own.
- Do not use my art for NFT or AI.
- Default rates are for personal, individual usage. You may use the commissioned artworks for icons, headers, banners, Twitch overlays, YouTube video backgrounds/thumbnails, etc.
- Digital usage of the art in streaming or video purposes is included in the price for individual (indie) streamers and content creators.
- For commercial use, merchandising, advertisements, and/or corporate projects, a commercial usage fee will be added. Commercial usage is not included by default.
- I require clearly written credit on all work done by me unless negotiated beforehand otherwise.Please credit me at @oyunorka on Twitter for all artwork, thank you!
